All products on shinobiballerz.com are in stock and available for order unless otherwise stated. Occasionally products are oversold. In this event, orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved. Processed orders are subject to payment, acceptance and availability.

SHIPPING
We ship worldwide with the only exception being orders for delivery in China. All orders are processed for shipping within 48-72 hours of your purchase (with the exception of weekends & holidays), however if there are any urgent requirements please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate. Shipping is free in the UK. International deliveries are £10.
UK delivery times 3-5 days.
International Delivery times are 7-10 days.
All items come with provided tracking number.

CANCELLATIONS:
All cancellations must be requested via email only, info@shinobiballerz.com, within 24 hours in order to receive a refund. Please provide your name and order number in the subject box.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
In case of exchange or refund, please contact us at info@shinobiballerz.com, or through the contact form on the site - please provide both your name and order number. We will provide the return address information once your exchange or refund has been approved.
Please note that :
• Returning and reshipping costs will be at your expense
• Items must be returned in their original condition, packaging and with tags within 14 days of receipt. Refunds requested outside of this timescale is down to the discretion of Shinobi BallerZ.
• We encourage you to ship your parcel with tracking to prevent any trouble
• Damaged or incomplete items will not be accepted and will be returned to you as we got them, at your expense
• Initial shipping costs are non-refundable
