Who are the Shinobi BallerZ?

We are a collection of concept designed football kits. Combining a twist of all our favourite anime shows & favourite football team jerseys.

My size is out of stock will there be more available?

There are a limited number of designs available for each jersey. Follow our social channels to stay up to date with new releases or if we plan to replenish stock.

How long for delivery?

Delivery to locations in the UK is between 1-3 days tracked and signed for. All Japan International Jerseys delivery to the UK can range from 10-21 days. An email confirmation along with tracking details will be sent out 1-3 days after the purchase has been made.

Shinobi BallerZ has no control over any additional duties and fees assessed. Customers are responsible for payment for any custom fees.

Can I cancel my order?

We are unable to cancel orders which have been shipped. If your order has not been shipped and require to cancel it, please contact us via email as soon as possible.

We are also unable to amend orders once it has been shipped. If you require to change size or add more items to your order, please contact us via email.

What is the refund/exchange policy?

In case of exchange or refund, please contact us at support@shinobiballerz.com, please provide both your name and order number. We will provide the return address information once your exchange or refund has been approved.

• Returning and reshipping costs will be at your expense

• Items must be returned in their original condition, packaging and with tags within 7 days of receipt. Refunds requested outside of this timescale is down to the discretion of Shinobi BallerZ.

• We encourage you to ship your parcel with tracking to prevent any trouble

• Damaged or incomplete items will not be accepted and will be returned to you as we got them, at your expense

• Initial shipping costs are non-refundable
